acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Lead AML, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
nature of the service
Lead AML provides AML/CTF compliance support tools, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Know Your Customer (KYC), Risk Assessments, Name Screening, AML Program Assistance, Transaction Monitoring Support, and Compliance Documentation Generation.
The Platform is designed to assist businesses with compliance workflows and does not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, or professional financial advice.
plans & access
Lead AML offers various access plans including free, trial, and paid tiers. Lead AML reserves the right to modify features, introduce or change pricing, limit usage, or discontinue any plan at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
user responsibilities
You agree that all information you provide is accurate and lawful, you are authorised to upload and process the information submitted, you will use the Platform only for lawful purposes, you remain solely responsible for your AML/CTF compliance obligations, and you will independently review all outputs before relying on them.
You must not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, or use the Platform for illegal activities.
no regulatory guarantee
Use of Lead AML does not guarantee regulatory approval, compliance with AML/CTF laws, prevention of financial crime, or acceptance by AUSTRAC or any regulator. The Platform is an assistance tool only. Users remain fully responsible for meeting their legal and compliance obligations.
data & privacy
Lead AML takes reasonable steps to protect user information; however, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. By using the Platform, you consent to storage and processing of submitted data, use of anonymised system usage data for product improvement, and communication regarding updates, compliance changes, and service announcements.
intellectual property
All content, branding, software, workflows, logos, and technology associated with Lead AML remain the property of Lead AML Professional Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without written permission.
availability of service
Lead AML does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Platform may experience downtime, maintenance, bugs, delays, or temporary outages especially during beta or early-access periods.
limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead AML Professional Pty Ltd shall not be liable for indirect loss, consequential damages, compliance penalties, business interruption, data loss, regulatory action, or loss of profits arising from use of the Platform. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
termination
Lead AML reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or present security or legal risks without notice.
changes to terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
